Pros

pays the bills and does have decent PTO and Insurance, Co workers are really nice and care about each other. Job itself is rewarding for helping the patients.

Cons

VERY VERY VERY negative work environment because NO ONE is happy working there. Leads are fed up, staffers are fed up and intake is fed up. Mandatory over time like placed on us every other week for weeks on end just puts us in the next tax bracket so you barely see any of it. Its the most micro managed call center I have ever worked for and it drains the living soul out of you. I hate it and I along with MANY others will be walking right out the door as soon as we find something better paywise or at this point just happy wise. Your treated like children, managment sucks and you never get the same answer on how to do something. They say they pay bonus if you hit all your numbers well guess what I have and haven't seen a bonus yet. I was hired on false pretenses and I do not recommend anyone working in this dreadful place!!!!

Pros

Pleasant and great employees on my direct team. Absolutely wonderful and hard working. They are very dedicated and had been with the company a long time which is a testament to the company's past history.

Cons

The hard working employees on my team I thought were undervalued and not rewarded enough at all by the company. They deserved much better! Not that the company was overall negligent in per se. However, pay definitely should have been higher!! They do complex work that should be paid higher instead of minimum wage. The other big issue with the company is the very high turnover in leadership at all levels. Great Supervisors and Managers had been driven out due to negative politics and not be able to effect positive changes due to bureaucracy. A real shame as many of those leaders were some of the most sincere servant leaders I had ever worked with in any company!

Incompetence Meets Arrogance

Pros

- 95% of the people (excluding senior “leadership”) are phenomenal - Pay and benefits are strong - Voice of the Employee team does great work and makes the day-to-day fun for the majority of employees

Cons

There is one con, which unfortunately ruins all aspects of the company: senior “leadership.” The CEO does not realize that his direct reports create a toxic culture, actively undermine his attempts to create consensus, and are distrustful, vindictive, and incapable. While I left on my own, these “leaders” actively sacrificed all of my peers to save face when they make catastrophic mistakes (which happens virtually daily). If you are looking to work for people who are both incapable and arrogant - you have found the perfect home. You will not be respected and should not trust this company with your time, talent, and career.
