Pros

20 days of PTO (you really need it with all of the insane issues you deal with), co-workers are nice

Cons

Top heavy inconsistent unprofessional micromanager managers extremely high turn over rate lie after lie no room for promotion sexual relationships will get you promoted worst job experience of my life no work life balance - you are expected to work every paid holiday and every weekend You will get screamed at every day of work and receive threatening emails from providers because CCX has so many claims issues The providers are awful and so are the leaders/managers

Pros

Work from home. Don’t have to engage with people you don’t know.

Cons

Pay is horrible for this economy. Who can live off 19.50 an hour on the west coast that is after raise by the way. Started off flexible and then after training it turned into a you may never get a weekend off here, we can see about switching you to Sunday through Thursday. That went on for about 5 months and nothing. Meanwhile I’m having to use all my pto and sick to attend my kids sports games and track meets on Saturdays and 85 percent of the time a Saturday is denied automatically and you’re put on a waitlist. No work life balance. This used to be a fun place to work place until Walgreens came over and things changed very quickly. Every week a new process was being implemented. That is when the job became very stressful and demanding and it was no longer good for my mental health causing me to dread coming in most days. Note to self always put your mental health first. If you’re not happy find something else that fits your lifestyle and I did.
