You are expected to use your PTO to attend company sponsored events during business hours Emotionally and mentally taxing - gives out more work than what can be completed in an 8hr shift Pay does not match expectations and efforts required to be successful Don’t be baited by the possibility of earning 12k bonus a year - it’s damn near unattainable

It is sad to write this. CareCentrix has changed for the worse. So much turn over. Lots of false promises. They are struggling to find business. The positive reviews here are written by HR. I know that for a fact. You can do better than to work at CareCentrix.
