None this place was horrible stay far away.

Cons

Carecentrix has the most outrageous management and hostile work environment for any employee to ever have to endure. Not only do they have unrealistic expectations of their employees but they provide the worst care for their patients. It is all about numbers (KPI/production) and not the true quality and care of the patients. This company discriminates against people of age as well as sexual orientation. Hope no one ever has to experience or tolerate this behavior in the workplace.

Middle Management Is taken Advantage of and not Rewarded For Hard Work

Pros

CareCentrix is a high growth company where the average person is able to enter into management.

Cons

Once entered into management, this employee's voice doesn't matter, the supervisors and managers are overworked, not given all of the tools necessary to do their jobs successfully, and have too many tasks to complete to actively work with the staff. Their #voicedoesnotmatter. New leaders that came in 2 years ago are making changes that were originally in place and making it look like they are bright new ideas. Judgement of staff is difficult to overcome.
