Pros
Very small amount of good folks are still here, others are left. Work remotely also a plus, that's pretty much it.
Cons
New management for BT infrastructure are horrible and worst. They keep firing all awesome employees and hiring cheap offshore or onshore resources. New management are totally not care or listening anybody, they just care about their bonus and good reports, how much they cut expenses. Worst place ever, stay away from that cloak of dirt and horror. Environment are hostile and everybody looking around, because you can be fired any minute with that disaster management. Again stay away from that company, very bad experience.
