Pros

Work remote 100% , and that's it.

Cons

There are way too many to count. 1) The Tech side is called BT for Business Technology, and not IT for Information Technology. This implies that all of the techies work and are under the direction of the Business side ... meaning sales. The techies should be working WITH the business side, and NOT for them. 2) I found that the place is very top heavy with management VP's, AVP's, and Directors. Too many chiefs and not enough braves. 3) The management that is there is incompetent and don't understand the technology they are managing. 4) Micro-management was rampant. 5) Way too many meetings, and those meetings were to create excuses for the next meeting coming up. 6) Technical Leads who had no idea of the technology they were leading. 7) I agree with others who have posted that the technical management has a "my way or the highway" approach. 8) you can try to take your concerns to higher management, but they'll just see you as the trouble-maker. ) If you're going to leave this company, just leave and don't say anything. I am living proof you can try to voice your concerns, and they just won't care. 10) Oh ... I also felt their salary for my position was a bit low ... especially for someone with my years of experience.

Pros

Beware of this company and the abundance of glowing reviews suddenly posted in Jan & Feb. There are some very nice, professional people there and some departments are run fairly well. Average pay and benefits.

Cons

Overall, they lack up to date systems, standardized and documented workflow and processes and much of the staff is poorly trained. Yes, they are putting a lot of effort here BUT they remain with excessive work errors, blurred lines of responsibility, a lot of passing the buck and at the end of the day you’re left with angry customers and frustrated and overworked employees. A lot of the management is plain inexperienced not only as managers but in the technical/knowledge of their job function. There is excessive turnover which is problematic in certain key areas of operations.

Pros

- Flexibility and responsibility: I am given a job to do and left alone to get it done (but with support available if I need it). - Supportive colleagues: Everyone is incredibly helpful in helping me to learn and be successful. - Interesting work: We are constantly improving and adapting our products to meet the ever changing healthcare market.

Cons

- Not necessarily a con, but things change quickly here so you have to be ready for a fast pace!
