Horribly mismanaged Information Technology department. It is the most toxic environment I had ever worked in. You absolutely cannot voice your ideas or voice your opinion or you WILL be fired. Almost all of the smart, knowledgeable resources left or were fired by the new CTO. These were resources who stuck with a company they believed in and worked endless hours to make it better just be be humiliated and tossed out without any respect. The CTO brought in new technical resources who have had minimal experience in the technologies they used, and have no idea how to manage technical resources or implement a large scale project. Everything that was implemented were projects that were in flight already and laid out by the previous resources who were let go or left on their own. It is only because of the few remaining resources left from the prior senior management that anything is actually still running. Turn over in the IT department is the highest I had ever seen since the new CTO was hired.

Lack skilled leadership - managers and above are uncooperative. Team members are always trying to "put out fires" because managers and sales team over promise clients and can not figure out how to deliver. Carecentrix is one of the reasons your healthcare cost are high. Company has little to no growth potential - management keeps giving team members the song and dance while hoping and praying for the next big contract so they can get a high enough valuation to sell this P.O.S off.
