Pros

- Fair pay - Good benefits - Sr. management appears to want to make things better

Cons

- Middle management down to team leads (skirt responsibility, offer excuses, get nothing done) - Most Hostile Working environment - Apathetic Co-workers (only because they have been conditioned to be)! - Passive Aggressive leads, supervisors and management! - No consistency (rules and process change day to day at a whim and often multiple conflicting changes) - Employees docked for doing what they are instructed to do - Lack of respect - Little / poor training - Resources and tools faulty or broken - No positive recognition for performance or accomplishments - Mid level management lies, exaggerates, and makes excuses for everything - Lack of care for patients or providers. - Unrealistic workforce management production requirements (no time allotted for reading updates, emails, responding to issues, or other work activities or updates. Mandate is production only status) - Heed the review RUN RUN RUN!!!

Pros

Good benefits and some nice people to work with. Flexible time for salaried employees.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Constantly have to put out fires. Every day waiting to see what little thing you say or do wrong will get you berated. Communication issues. Always being cut off or talked over. Waste of time and energy. No work/life balance. Don’t really “care” about the employees. Only push push push to see if you will crack and push back. Lots of backstabbing. Team members are nice to your face but will belittle you to each other and management joins in on the whispering.

Pros

It's a paycheck. I have nothing more to say but this review requires a 20 word minimum so I am just wasting space

Cons

Upper management insist they have an "open door policy" meaning we as employees can reach out to them via email or visit their office with questions or concerns... Well I'm sure the CEO means well...but what he doesn't realize is MANAGEMENT PREVENTS & PENALIZES EMPLOYEES FOR REACHING OUT TO HIM & other upper management!!!!! There are restrictions on who employees can contact and who they can't. ..so if upper management REALLY has an "open door policy" ..PLEASE relay that to OUR supervisors....I bet the CEO has NO CLUE how HORRIBLE the employees of his company are treated. And since we see NOTHING being done about it we ALL believe he could care less about us, which makes us hate our jobs and work with less moral.
