Pros

The hours and days of work

Cons

If you do not brown nose and play their games, you will go nowhere, then add the favoritism for certain employees. If you do not send pics of your personal life and things you do on days off they look down on you for not being part of the 'family' and living the 'carecentrix' values.

Work from home opportunities at Carecentrix

Cons

The CEO is a good man. He really is. However, he must be clueless about certain programs. Morale is miserably low. Leadership must have meetings devoted to how to belittle and insult their employees. There is NO opportunity for advancement either. The CEO needs to provide a save way for regular employees to talk to him because retaliation by your supervisor, and on up the chain would undoubtedly occur.
