Cons

no communication, constant being moved from department to department with little to no training in each department. To hard to get anyone to assist you if help is needed. Higher ups do not know the job.

Training goes by really fast and a lot of information to retain please I recommend No to miss any time during your first 3 months employment doesn’t matter if it’s important you will deal with the consequences
