      Pros

      There is a core group of people that appear to have worked together for some time. They are very good at what they do, work hard, are friendly and supportive. On a personal basis you may find more support from your supervisor than anywhere else. The new CEO and senior staff have made extraordinary progress in moving the company in the right direction and it is starting to trickle down.

      Cons

      I was hired into a position that several analysts had resigned or were terminated from. The high turnover in an otherwise very good department should have been my clue. Ultimately, my supportive supervisor terminated me.

      Pros

      I can't think of any. It's not a pleaseant environment so no pros.

      Cons

      people will backstab you to get ahead. Always in crisis management. No regard for workers, you are a cog in the wheel and they just try to press more and more out of you. Poor training, revolving door, no regard for workers. Patients get lost in the shuffle.

      Pros

      Carecentrix is a great STARTER job. You can learn many different functions of a healthcare delivery system, whether they are right or wrong. DO NOT STAY LONG OR IT WILL ENGULF YOUR LIFE.

      Cons

      When new corporate officers are put in place a political scramble takes place to drop associates that may question judgement from upper management. (Even if the questioning was spot on) Seems unjust, but it happens frequently at Carecentrix. Carecentrix does not move fast when it comes to correcting issues that are identified, it can take years before it is addressed.
