I've been working with Carecentrix a little over a year. This company very much cares for employees and work/life balance. I love being able to work from home. I have great leads and supervisors.

Cons

Working from home can sometimes feel like I'm alone. Learning to do your job soley by watching someone online is tricky. But they do have job aides online to help you out.

These folks actually understand work life balance. We work hard- but there is room in your life to have one and I appreciate that greatly
