Paid pretty well. Convenient location.

Cons

I had almost no training and didn't know how to do my job. I was constantly reprimanded for not knowing how to do it, yet recieved no training other than my fellow analysts trying to help me on top of doing their own jobs, which I can only assume they had a tough time with as well. Huge turnover and a lot of firings/layoffs. Upper management was super out of touch.

- Probably the VOE team which also lacked -Break rooms - Breast Pump Room

Cons

- Very political - HR does not follow up when you want to go to another department. - Lays off people when new folks come in for no valid reason - Advises us to make reviews on glassdoor using good terms

Stayed busy, helped people who were literally at your mercy. Learned alot about the medical field. The people and management were very kind

Cons

lack of communication on policies, different answers from management on the correct procedure. Changes were poorly communicated and confusing
