      Great work life balance. The company provides many perks/benefits such as work from home flexibility, casual dress code, and a 401k match. Great company culture exemplified in the company's motto "We take our work seriously, not ourselves."

      Company is top heavy with not as much room for growth as one would hope.

      Pros

      Since I've worked at CareCentrix, I've met so many smart and kind people from the leadership teams to the front line staff. There is a great "patient first" focus, which helps employees stay motivated to serve both patients and clients. The company provides great benefits like work from home, Teladoc, 401k match and tuition reimbursement!

      Sometimes departmental silo issues can be amplified because a large portion of employees work remotely
