      Pros

      This company and the executive management team truly cares about employees, and the satisfaction of those employees. Between the benefits package, and an array of unique offerings to employees that are not industry standard, the company truly cares for it's employees and their well being!

      Cons

      In some instances, information is contained in silos and not disseminated in a holistic fashion.

      Pros

      Pros are the health care benefits and the staff. I have been with CareCentrix for more than 5+ years. Love the staff love the people and it has grown tremendously. Lot of room to move up and they offer amazing benefits. They understand the importance of health care.

      Cons

      In the time I have been here I have seen many changes but better ones over the course of time. It’s improved a lot! No one is perfect but as any company grows perfection grows with employees. Before we never had feedback and now we do which is amazing. The good thing is we get to give input on how to grow. That’s key.

      Passionate employees. Strong leadership team. Great focus on employees and patient care. Perfect position in the market as Post-Acute Care (PAC) is the fastest growing segment in healthcare.

      Cons

      None to mention at this time. As a growing company, there are lots of opportunities for employees looking for a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference.
