Pros

Able to work from home when needed, flexible hours, 4 weeks paid vacation time

Cons

Pay is much lower than similar positions in the area and it's difficult to get much of a pay increase even if you're moving up positions. There is always some type of 'fire' to put out. Days are consumed with meetings so there is not much time to get work done. Feel obligated to work more than 40 hours a week.
