      Some nice employees and PTO

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers, no work life balance, internal hiring process is a mess... no real growth opportunity unless you are part of the "favorites", tons of favoritism. Unfortunately there is discrimination overall and the DOL should really investigate. Hard to make connections with team members as truly intelligent people leave (the ones that stay are 100% looking to leave). Compensation is not well calculated.

      pay, most holidays off, mostly day schedules

      management, poor attendance structure, favoritism, policies are only in place to favor management nothing is to protect the employee, Poor organization of systems.

      Great people who work hard and truly believe in the work. Dedication of the good line managers to their people.

      Cons

      Senior management Inexperienced leaders "Fake" mission, vision and values Driscoll has no idea what it's really like to work at CCX Talks a good talk but doesn't walk the walk. Senior management is aloof and disconnected from the real work. Systems are antiquated and cumbersome; supervisors are untrained and everything is a priority-a fire. Sucking up is rewarded. Inadequacy is tolerated.
