Cons

If you are not part of the inner circle, don't expect to receive fair treatment. Be prepared to have our character slandered, to have a hostile work environment, and to be taken advantage of at every opportunity.

Good opportunity to gain experience. Access to Sprint Campus facilities, including cafeterias.

Cons

Expensive benefits, layoffs, culture, high pressure, no such thing as work life balance and super cheap when it comes to employee comforts, parties, engagement activities. Christmas party? I don't think so!!

Decent Pay, Benefits and vacation time.

Cons

Additional training for management needs to be completed since some teams do not have strong leadership. I believe that everyone wants to do a good job and once you figure out as a manager what makes each employee tick you can establish a strong and loyal team atmosphere - this concept seems to elude the management of some departments. But I have witnessed some very strong management is other areas and it really shows in the performance and the low turnover.
