Pros

You get a pay check every two weeks and in this economy, that's important.

Cons

Where to begin....Indentured Slavery might be the best term. The workload is overwhelming, no support from management, you will receive a "write up" anytime they need to cover theirs due to a CCX related mismanagement screw up, falsifying of time cards, unprofessional work place, NO appreciation, no work /home life balance.

Company offerings have good potential

Cons

Crisis driven IT Department. No planning creates a reactionary environment. Expect to work 24 hours plus without sleep. Management does not listen to subject matter experts and believes they know more about technology than the subject matter experts. Management blames others for their own lack of knowledge and harmful decisions.
