      Pros

      Job stability. Because it's a growing company the work is there and will continue to be there. CEO seems decent enough.

      Cons

      Management doesn't allow for much advancement or salary increases. Environment is very micro-managed and employees don't really have a voice.

      interesting work, but flagrantly abusive supervisors. degrading.

      Abusive front-line Supervisors - their rude behavior is so offensive it's hard to believe it is legal. Expect bullying & aggressive behavior from front line supervisors.
