      Pros

      Working at CareCentrix has been a rewarding experience, especially as I’ve taken on more responsibility in post-acute care operations. The company’s mission to improve patient outcomes aligns with my passion for healthcare, and the remote flexibility allows me to balance my career with my family. Collaboration is a strong part of the culture, and there are opportunities for growth, particularly in leadership. However, the workload can be demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and productivity. While compensation and benefits are competitive. Technology and workflow efficiencies can also be challenging at times, but overall, CareCentrix is a great place for those dedicated to making a difference in healthcare.

      Was a great company when I started in 2000 but went downhill

      Management runs by fear. Very condescending, rude and will give you anxiety
