      Pros

      Great people to work with. Friendly atmosphere. Good Pay. Flexible hours. Location is not hard to find. Relatively easy commute from Anne Arundel County.

      Cons

      Unfair Contractor Policies. Had to work from home a lot due to medical conditions and was let go, despite Dr.'s and hospital notes as I was to be there 100% of the time regardless of physical condition.

      Pros

      CEO is currently taking the mission of CareFirst, a not for profit seriously. He wants rapid change, decreased costs and cover as many people as possible. Multiple programs point to this as initiatives.

      Cons

      CEO knows a tremendous amount about each area of the business and cannot be snowed. If you will be in front of him, know your business. CareFirst likes to hire management people from outside the company rather than grow their leadership team.
