Senior Management only looking out for themselves No real vision from VPs Unethical practices at Senior Management level Architecture Group useless Unless you know someone promotions are almost unheard of, they dont even follow job requirments when filling roles internal No job progression plans Get the salary you want when you start because raises have been low
