Benefits are the worst. There is no bonuses, no overtime, no raises, no advancement opportunities. The pay is not consistent among employees in the same role.

Cons

Little interest in cross-training, re-doing accounting processes often, hiring obviously questionable people and then firing them when they finally read the writing on the wall. Will be hard to finance this company under new administration
