Wonderful famlies to work with and help. Good mission if done right. Must be an IT person as IT is the biggest part of the job!

Cons

There is a lot of bullying and micromanaging by local and state management. Most of the non management are wonderful but unhappy with the management. Unpleasant atmosphere in the office and no one is respected by management. Management wants it run like a nursing home and they don't understand these people are in their own homes and have the right to make their own choices. Then the staff gets blamed for the consumers bad choice.

One of the worst companies to work for. Very possible for lawsuits to happen due to incompetence and attitude of CTO.

This company does not value their lower end employees at all. Imagine being at company for several years and your salary has barely jumped and you have never received a bonus. Every company recognizes their employees with bonuses or fair compensation but not Seniorlink. What’s worse is they have frequent meetings to inform the company how much revenue they’ve made and that they’re in good financial standing. HR is also very unprofessional. History of blaming employees for high insurance premiums. Makes absolutely no sense.
