Pros
There are some very smart, kind people working at the company.
Cons
The company doesn't have clear direction and doesn't care about employee well-being. They are trying to venture into new revenue streams, but are ill-equipped to do so, which results in frequent disorganization, competing agendas and direction from executives, and petty in-fighting. All of this to support a new offering that they see as "innovative" and "game changing", but in reality, there are already several companies doing it, and doing it better. There is no respect for work-life balance. You are expected to stay late every night, respond to emails 24/7, and work weekends/during personal time. If you attempt to correct this, your commitment to the company and your work will be questioned. You will be discouraged from fostering relationships with colleagues in other departments, due to the personal agendas of executives. You will never be given the chance to excel, as they change direction on a weekly basis. People are fired/laid off left and right-it's a true revolving door, there are lots of rumors about the future of the company among employees, and there is little job security.
