      Office Politics Suck Here

      Pros

      The CEO and leaders in the company are truly passionate about the mission. Free drinks and events are usually fun.

      Cons

      Marketing and IT are revolving doors of people coming and going or being fired. These department heads are too controlling and soooo involved with the office politics - they complain about them, yet they're the main source of frustration. They over work employees while they work remote multiple days a week. Very unfair and its an "all about me" attitude.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling of appointments Opportunity to meet diverse, interesting consumers RN's and CM's are great people who work incredibly hard

      Cons

      Benefits are eh....Tuition reimbursement is a joke You're not really as much of a clinical team as you are account managers. The most important thing is to add as many new accounts as possible and keep as many people on the list to keep those MassHealth payments rolling in.

      Friendly co-workers, schedule flexibility, generous travel stipend

      Cons

      Rarely promote from within, salary not competitive, benefits not that great - no tuition reimbursement, minimal PTO, lousy merit increases. Senior management talks a good game but does not practice what they preach. Very top heavy at corporate with lots of highly paid consultants
