      Pros

      Good environment with fellow co-workers/ staff, has good flexibility in certain departments if you are part time and can only work a certain amount of hours.

      Cons

      Expect to work like a robot on outbound programs. You have to place call after call without taking a breather (expect to place about 100+ calls an hour since you have to place call after call), will make you push rebuttals more than once if the person you are calling already refused. They care more about work and production than they do of their employees if youre not putting up good numbers they intimidate saying the higher ups are watching you and your production time so you have to step it up.

      Pros

      I love my job and my coworkers. There is a lot of variety in the calls from children to adults. Excellent 401k good health insurance and PTO.

      Cons

      Hard to get time off, especially at the last minute. You end up working many many holidays and weekends. There is a lot of turnover and we aren’t appreciated as much as we used to be.

      Pros

      Employees at the lower end of the organization truly care and are very passionate about making a difference

      Cons

      Major "bait and switch" by upper management. They don't understand healthcare nor do they care about their employees and customers. Ego rules. Just look at the number of caring, good employees leaving along with their customers.
