Pros

The one our lunch breaks

Cons

The company really needs to ease up on the unrealistic metrics and expectations., back-to-back calls, and micromanagement make it difficult to stay motivated or even take a quick breather. Also It’s frustrating that when you need help, there’s rarely anyone available to give a clear answer — yet the moment you step away for a restroom break, leadership is quick to question it. There’s also little to no opportunity for growth or movement into other roles, and it often feels like leaders and managers pick and choose who they want to support.
