Pros

Work from home remote job

Cons

Training does not prepare you for live calls. Back to back non-stop calls. Constant micromanagement. People yelling at you all day to stop calling them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your time at Carenet was not what you had hoped for and that aspects of the role, such as training, call volume, and support, fell short of your expectations. We recognize that the nature of engagement work can be fast-paced and at times challenging, especially when handling high call volumes and sensitive interactions. Your feedback about the training process and day-to-day support is important and will be shared with our teams as we continue to look for ways to better prepare and empower our team members for success on the job. We appreciate your honesty and the time you spent with us. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Dehumanizing place to work

Pros

The only pro is that there’s an hour lunch break which is pretty standard so not really a pro.

Cons

Numbers numbers numbers that all this job is about you are literally doing outbound calls from 8 to 5 PM and it is one of the most humiliating things to do as a person if I’m gonna be honest and truthful you’re acting the same three questions back to back and half the time the members don’t even want to answer you because you have to confirm information due to HIPAA policy, unfortunately getting called the most races ambiguous in dehumanizing things that you can think of by the members racial slurs being yelled at the whole nine. i’d rather work a fast food job than work here management doesn’t care about you. They only care about stats numbers. You can’t look at a profile too long. You need to go ahead and take the next call or hit the button to take the next call in order to keep your productivity down if your productivity is over 15% then you get docs or you get in trouble and dare you take a day or two off during the month for mental health and you get written up or fired this job is really for someone I can say who is absolutely positively broke or just straight up lazy this job doesn’t amount to anything. It makes me feel like a machine literally there’s no development in working here at all. There’s nothing to learn from this job at all. I only recommend working here if you were in a desperate need of a job in the job is so basic and so repetitive a third grader can do it and the nerve to have an assessment that is so difficult in order to even get an interview with this job is unethical. Honestly in my opinion, the company is a waste of time
