Pros

The pros overall would be the Paycheck

Cons

Company/team leads/supervisors don’t have any idea what they are doing unless it’s just making sure we’re talking nonstop calls. Health insurance isn’t worth a d*mn It’s soooo many cons and would be too many to type but just AVOID at all costs.

micromangement , unrealistic metrics, back to back calls for low pay, job supports big pharma more than it does the customer

Flexible schedule, VTO, and working remotely.

Cons

Benefits are a joke, leadership doesn't care about you as employee, toxic management. They seem to be moving most phone operations overseas. Layoffs are rampant there.
