Pros

Quick hiring process, friendly recruiters

Cons

Low pay Little communication from management Frequent mandatory overtime, including weekends Micromanagement Do not let the recruiter fool you - this job is basically a sales position that acts as a telemarketing company. You are only provided a week of training. The company also utilizes AI so go figure.

Pros

If you’re a high performer there are incentives, like a raffle that’s it really. There is overtime occasionally it depends on the campaign and how much hours they need.

Cons

The management is rocky, not all but some show favoritism and you wouldn’t be able to tell unless you speak with your coworkers which can be hard since it’s remote and they little do not give you the time to.
