Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated the hour-long lunch breaks, PTO, and medical benefits during your time with Carenet Health. We understand your concerns around work-life balance, repeated outreach to members, and the feeling of being micromanaged. These are areas we continue to evaluate as we strive to improve the employee experience. Your input is valuable in helping us identify opportunities to create a more balanced and supportive work environment. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and thank you for your contributions.

Pros

Work from home Family environment Great management Supportive to staff

Cons

The IT department blames system issues on everything but their inability to address and fix the reported issues. Outbound calls are difficult- member services for the programs don't know about the program and tell members we are a scam. This destroys our credibility and causes members to become extremely rude and combative. I disagree with prior claims of micromanage. It's less micromanaging and more inability to communicate promptly with the client leaving senior managers and managers to make a judgment call while they wait for a response from the client that can take 3 days to 3 months. Clients complain of mistakes being made when they never addressed the question about it 3 months prior. Then per the contract with Carenet, it results in team members having negative coaching and diminishes morale

Pros

A paycheck but that's it.

Cons

Y’all are disgusting for giving agents only 45 minutes of unscheduled time for the entire month and telling them not to drink anything during their shift so they won’t need the restroom. That’s not just toxic — it’s illegal. Do your managers have to follow that too, or do you just abuse the people actually keeping the company running? These agents deal with angry, frustrated customers every single day and still show up. And your solution is to dehydrate and restrict them like they’re not human? You should be ashamed. Keep it up and you’ll be slapped with a lawsuit before you know it.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this very seriously and want to assure you that the health, safety, and well-being of our team members are priorities at Carenet Health. We are actively reviewing the policies and practices related to unscheduled time and break management to ensure they are fair, compliant with labor laws, and respectful of all employees' needs. If you believe a policy is being misapplied or your experience doesn't align with what’s expected, we strongly encourage you to report it directly to HR or your Manager so we can address it appropriately. We value your hard work and dedication and are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
