Pros

Depending on the dialer you get a certain amount added onto your check once a month for the amount of visits scheduled and completed and my manager thankfully advocates for us.

Cons

We are just robots to these people. We don't get time between calls for a short rest or even to drink water the follow up time between calls ALWAYS needs to be below 8% and they're always raising the scheduling goal but you're not guaranteed the same amount of appointments every day because these members have lives that don't always coordinate with our dates. Also telehealth? Good luck finding a date for those even though it needs to be offered every call if they don't want in home visits. Because everyone else is cutting corners with their scripts now EVERYONES calls are graded a lot harder instead of helping find a way to make these scripts a little shorter for us and the members. Also for Holiday pay make sure you work the day after (even if you requested that day off) or you won't get that Holiday pay!

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We appreciate your recognition of your manager’s advocacy and the incentive structure in place. We understand the challenges you’ve raised regarding call pacing, scheduling goals, and script length. Balancing member needs with performance metrics is a complex task, and your insights help us see where adjustments are needed to better support our team members and the patients they serve. We also take note of your concerns about holiday pay policies and will continue to review ways to make our practices as fair and transparent as possible. Your suggestions for shorter scripts and additional time between calls are valuable, and we will share them with the appropriate teams as we work to improve the employee experience. Thank you again for your honest input and for being part of Carenet. We remain committed to supporting our people as best we can.
