A few good employees (low-mid level), remote

Cons

Disorganized. Everyone does whatever they want until they get called out. It’s messy. Inflated titles with no backbone to support. MIA leadership. Non existent work culture. Don’t be fooled, this is NOT A TECH COMPANY! Manual processes and useless software no one utilizes

... but the mid level management is literally abusive (verbally) with no checks and balances and runs with no interference from upper management.
