Pros

Great product , Great People, Great office location a block away from the beach! Free snacks and Lunch on Thursday and Tuesdays and paid benefits.

Cons

Sean - The worst move ever!!! They really don't know what they are doing and by they I mean management. It's a great product but management has made a lot of bad moves. They had two massive lay off in the last 30 days. They hired big title exec with no industry knowledge and made a lot of bad moves.

Pros

The pay and it is remote/hybrid.

Cons

I worked at Cargomatic for a few months, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The management at this company demonstrated serious issues with fairness and professionalism. There were clear signs of favoritism, including a demotion of a Latino employee who was performing well in managing accounts, only to have a less qualified white man promoted instead. This felt like weaponized incompetence and created a toxic, unequal work environment. I also had a deeply troubling interaction with one of the managers, who referred to me as a “dog” and told me I needed to “put my tail between my legs” and apologize to a client. While I’m never afraid to take responsibility when it’s necessary, this remark was completely uncalled for and unprofessional, leaving me feeling belittled and disrespected. Training was another major issue. When I reached out for additional support, I was consistently told I had received enough training and that the issue was with me, not the lack of guidance. It was frustrating because, without the proper training, it felt impossible to succeed in my role. They were only willing to step in when there was negative customer feedback, which often left me scrambling to fix mistakes I wasn’t properly trained to avoid in the first place. Additionally, the work-life balance was poor. You’re expected to work long hours—often 10-hour days. While overtime pay is provided, if you don’t work those hours, you risk falling behind on your tasks, which only leads to more stress and pressure to catch up. The workload felt unsustainable, and the company’s response to employee struggles was less than supportive. In the end, I felt unsupported, undervalued, and disappointed by the company’s management practices. I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made in leadership, training, and employee support.

Pros

Pay is great but just because they know no one wants to work for them

Cons

Executives are out of their mind. They don’t know what they are doing and they are making us work crazy hours and even force us to work on the weekends to be on hrs long calls. Pay is good but is not worth it, dont make the same mistake we make and come here for the money. You will me miserable.
