      Technologically advanced. CEO is sincere and approachable.

      Some Leadership/management positions seem to be failing up into their positions. Seems to be low accountability for them.

      Pros

      None unless you want to work your butt off while other "special employees" sit. Every year the workload increased and the benefits decreased. Management could care less about a fair work environment

      Cons

      Management does not listen, employees get away with everything from patient misconduct to time clock manipulation. No benefits, they mandate what physicians you can see and where you get your prescriptions at. Unfair treatment to employees, favoritism. Worst hospital I've ever worked for.

      management is cut throat, will not pay for overtime, encourages false documentation to increase reimbursement, overall a dishonest workplace, vertical violence from management to employees
