Health insurance is a joke. Assembly line approach to patient care with speed being the focus as opposed to doing a good job. Huge sense of entitlement in long term employees. Management does not listen to employee concerns. Orientation process completely confusing and without structure. Actually heard long term care residents belittled and called derogatory names by staff. Nursing staff regularly requested support staff to preform duties beyond their scope of practice. Have to fight to get paid for hours worked. Schedule changes without employee approval or even notification. Disrespect for support staff.
