      Noble mission of patient-centered care. Employees (co-workers) are good people who care about each other. New CEO is communicating more to employees.

      Too conservative in dealing with employee problems and bad employees at all levels.

      Co-workers were amazing. Everyone helps to keep head above water.

      Cons

      Unsafe staffing ratios with little regard from management to retain experienced, dedicated nurses. Pay rate is minimal for hired nurses. Most units staff an abundance of travel nurses and place them in charge positions.
