I do too many tasks to complete my actual job, other staff that works the same position as me does little to no work and is on their phone as soon as they clock in with no repercussions, very hectic if you are trying to do multiple tasks and are unable to complete your actual job, not being adequately paid for to do multiple jobs

Promotion of the wrong people (not qualified, poor interpersonal skills), health benefits are subpar, wages are low (not a living wage for this area unless dual income), ‘rewards’ are pizza and company mugs or lanyards, staffing ratios are not good (pre-pandemic as well), monitor techs are going away, they pay travelers instead of compensating their local nurses to retain them
