      Pros

      Pension plan if you stay on longer than 5 years. Nice city to live in. Level 1 experience. Good culture.

      Cons

      No sick days, forces you to burn your PTO. Behind the curve on best practice/evidence based approaches to care for being a level 1. Lack of up to date equipment. Staffing isn’t great; no free charge RNs. ICUs/PCUs ratios are unsafe. CEO isn’t a healthcare professional, just another MBA in a suit.

      Leadership is removed from the worker bees; they lack empathy and no longer appreciate employee feedback to boost morale.
