Great staff at my family clinic , EPIC with good IT support, responsive HR and recruitment department ; competitive education money and time off for edu
Cons
Evolving view of NP scope of practice, still have narrow interpretation of VA state laws re in some practice settings, e.g. NPs not carrying their own patient panel; I think there is poor communication between central hospital admin and outpatient clinics in other cities - which has both down and up-sides; they recently increased some NP salaries based on a market study but overall not competitive
