Newer management came from corporate culture of insecurity, disrespect, and manipulation toward subordinates. Takes credit for staff's work and acts in competition with staff rather than collaborating. Management would ignore or reject staff ideas, then pitch them as their own in meetings with other teams. Management caught fabricating feedback and documentation against several employees, intentionally making it impossible to perform. Supervisor would quote staff verbatim from meetings the supervisor was not in, was extremely uncomfortable.
