      Pros

      I have worked for Carilion for 11 1/2 years and for 10 of those years loved my job. Was free to do the best job I could do independently. Benefits comparable but pay not as much.

      Cons

      For the past 1 1/2 I have dealt with micromanaging at an exhausting level with a total disconnect from the true concerns of employees.
