Pros
Employees genuinely care for each other and the patients. Will go above and beyond and work to the best of their ability with very few resources and support. Supervisors and lower management are very supportive.
Cons
Pay is well below market and HR has no intention of changing that. Technology is far behind and support is severely lacking. The EMR ties the hands of staff and actually hinders patient care. Executive and senior management are only focused on bottom line and do not consider the impact to staff and resources when making decisions. Zero communication from upper management to front line staff. Employees are told that they can come to management with issues or ideas only to be rejected. Issues reported to Corporate Compliance and HR are ignored. HR is corrupt and practicing on the fringes.
