Pros

Our real DO is back and he is employee focused! Has made some moves to remove wrong people from power but he should go further. He truly makes employees feel appreciated for their hard work. Decent benefits and awesome incentives!

Cons

HR is non existent and unapproachable. They leave you wondering what they are there for. The workforce is spoiled and somewhat uncaring, but can rally and deliver.

Pros

Decent benefits, so so pay, great people. Somewhat easy going vibe. Great plant manager, he comes around every few days to say Hi and see how things are going.

Cons

Some say lots of overtime, so so pay, somewhat decent benefits, only 2 shifts. Lots of different languages sometimes hard to understand.

Pros

Benefits, salaried positions are based on job title rather than abilities or job responsibilities.

Cons

I have never worked for a company with as many people who will go out of their way to hold others back or try and get them to fail. No foresight: including managers up to the plant manager level, all activities are reactionary to issues rather than pro active to prevent issues. Large issues reoccour frequently due to lack of knowledge on how to fix them combined with no effort to apply lessons learned. "Continuous Improvement" efforts are isolated from the floor and tend to over estimate their effectiveness when reporting results. (Show savings on scrap by calling it something else instead or actually eliminating a problem)
