Pros

The only upside is a flexible schedule. Depending on which store you work for, you might have a good customer experience or not.

Cons

The managers are lazy and terrible. Depending on where you work, the customers are rude. The pay is not enough for the amount of responsibility.

great benefits, company has good growth, good career experience, good Atlanta location,

long hours, most departments lack the proper head count; too many people doing 2 people's work, company would rather hire people from outside the company, rather than promote from within, HR is not helpful or supportive and often borders on the combative side, went from being a small "work family" to a overly-corporate environment

It is great place to start a career in retail. Employees are approachable and friendly. The location is very convenient.

There is a need for more communication and exposure between different departments in the company. There is lots of potential.
