      Not bad, but extremely hectic when hours are cut

      Pros

      nice store friendly staff friendly customers and fun environment. bonuses for hard work or effort. flexible shifts if you have other things going on in your life discount

      Cons

      too much drama going on between some of the staff. pressure to sell, sell, sell no sure way of telling who the better sales people are, numbers never add up. inadequate training too much work for little pay

      Pros

      They have great sample sales to employees and decent benefits - although benefits had declined in the timespan I was there. There are some great people there as well.

      Cons

      There is no room for movement and there are a lot of politics. Reminded me much of high school clicks and fighting to be in the "in" crowd. They don't recognize hard work and most of the time if you do well the credit is given to those higher up in the political chain. If you have a young family you won't see them often due to the "required overtime" and they are not flexible with sick kids. Sad for a "children's" company. People are disposable.
