Here are some reasons to work at Carter's: * being part of a respected brand * working in a creative environment * at times, opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects

Cons

Some reasons for caution: * group think and past practice can override needed and productive change * definitely a "we" and "they" group - hard to get access sometimes * company can jump to conclusions without understanding issues - can put wrong people in leadership roles without recognizing relevant challenges

Pros

Great changes are occurring, can only grow from here. Business is really good and a great comany to work for in regards to being successful in this economy.

Cons

Still outdated on a lot of things, no real support for the everday demands required by the company. The type of employees working there are not the right fit and are allowed to keep their job.
