Pros

Coffee maker. Holiday Parties. Left over scraps in the kitchen from upper management meetings.

Cons

Meetings are plentiful and meaningless. No self identity. Superiors keep you close with no room to breathe. Advancement? Forget about it. People rot at Cartera.

Pros

There are some good people here, unfortunately not the senior management who get promoted every day and other get laid off.

Cons

Cartera's thing is: not meet their annual goals for many years in a row, constantly lay people off, promote senior management every week and hire more senior people who are unprofessional.

Pros

The work was intriguing. I liked my coworkers. People were kind. It was a fun place to work.

Cons

No work/life balance. The hours were misrepresented and were much longer than I anticipated. 10+ hours/day were the norm. Benefits were basic.
